delizzimo is run by Liz Fryer, a fishmonger committed to bringing top quality fresh fish and fish products to both retail and wholesale customers.  Wet fish and shell fish can be purchased from either of our shops at Great Brickhill and Stagsden, or shop on-line for our range of cured and smoked organic salmon and halibut products, and our amazingly different fish sausages.  Our beetroot cured halibut has just won a Gold 1 Star award from the Guild of Fine Food.  We also supply fish and our fish products to hotels, retaurants, pubs, and delicatessens.  Please telephone for more information.
