About delizzimo

delizzimo was established by Liz Fryer in 2002. Liz attended Leith’s School of Food and wine and completed her diploma, with distinction, in June 2002, gaining joint first place out of 96 students in the final examination.

The cookery school and catering business began operating in September 2002 from a purpose built kitchen in a converted barn at Little Crawley, near Newport Pagnell. The business then expanded in 2005 to include the preparation and supply of fresh fish, and equipment hire for events and parties.

Liz sells fresh fish at The Best Butchers at Great Brickhill, and sells her own specialist quality fish products.
