delizzimo
delizzimo was established by Liz Fryer in 2002. Liz attended Leith’s
School of Food and wine and completed her diploma, with distinction,
in June 2002, gaining joint first place out of 96 students in the
final examination.
The cookery school and catering business began operating in September
2002 from a purpose built kitchen in a converted barn at Little Crawley,
near Newport Pagnell. The business then expanded in 2005 to include
the preparation and supply of fresh fish, and equipment hire for events
and parties.
In March 2007, the business expanded further with Lily Benbow joining the Company. Lily trained in Hotel and Catering Management at the Dublin College of Catering, and is passionate about good quality food.
Liz and Lily sell fresh fish from two outlets - The Best Butchers at Great Brickhill, and Browns of Stagsden, and produce their own specialist quality fish products, which are also available on-line. |
