Fresh Fish
Liz has been buying fish for the delizzimo catering business since it started
in 2002. Customers were so impressed with the quality and freshness
of the fish that they started placing regular orders for delivery,
and so a fishmonger was born.
Liz gets up very early to buy fish from Billingsgate fish market
in London, and buys only the best quality, freshest fish available,
and ensures that those items on the endangered list come from sustainable
sources.
In addition to wet fish and shell-fish, Liz also produces home-made
fish cakes, pies and goujons, adding only the best possible ingredients,
and no E numbers.
