Fresh Fish
Liz has been buying fish for the delizzimo business since it started
in 2002. Customers were so impressed with the quality and freshness
of the fish that they started placing regular orders for delivery,
and so a fishmonger was born.
Liz and Lily get up very early to buy fish from Billingsgate fish market
in London. They buy only the best quality, freshest fish available,
and ensure that those items on the endangered list come from sustainable
sources.
In addition to wet fish and shell-fish, Liz and Lily also produce home-made
fish cakes, pies and goujons, adding only the best possible ingredients,
and no E numbers.
